I am developing my practice within arts, health and wellbeing through community-based participatory creative workshops. My approach centres on accessible, welcoming and low‑pressure creative experiences, where participants are encouraged to experiment, make choices and enjoy the process of creating.
Recent work has included small-group creative sessions with adults, exploring printmaking, collage, card making and paper-based activities. Through this work, I am developing my understanding of facilitation, participation, creative confidence, and how shared making can support social connection and wellbeing.
I am particularly interested in how simple materials and creative processes can create opportunities for conversation, curiosity and connection. As my practice develops, I hope to work with community groups, wellbeing organisations and health-related settings to create thoughtful and engaging creative experiences.
